SHAPED AROUND YOUR BRIEF

The possibilities.
Your priorities.

Start with the ideas below. I’ll explain the options and agree the details with you before booking.

01

A reason to meet

Start with your audience: clients, a professional community, partners or colleagues meeting for the first time.

02

The right shape for the room

Discuss a hosted reception, small-group conversations, short talks, or a relaxed programme that supports natural introductions.

03

The details that help

Invitations and RSVP planning, venue and catering coordination, guest flow, and a practical running order.

WHAT MAKES IT PERSONAL

A programme with breathing space.

I plan the running order with enough time for conversations to develop. Good hospitality, clear information, and thoughtful timing help guests feel at ease and keep conversations moving.

FROM MY WORK

CURRENT COLLABORATION · DETERMINATE SYSTEMS

Give people a reason to meet.

Networking as part of a wider business programme

Networking is one of the formats in my work with Determinate Systems, alongside leadership dinners. It creates space for introductions and conversations across a wider group.

The intention is to make meeting people feel natural, with a gathering shaped around the audience and a personal point of contact for the planning and coordination.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Frequently asked
questions.

Can the gathering be part of a larger event?

Yes. Networking can sit alongside a conference, business visit or dinner programme. We agree the purpose, timing and how it connects with the wider agenda.

Who handles invitations and RSVPs?

We agree ownership of the guest list, invitations, registration and guest communication before work starts. These tasks are included only where the proposal assigns them.

What does your coordination include?

The agreed scope may cover the venue, hospitality, running order and on-site arrangements. If hosting or facilitation is needed, specify it in your brief so it can be confirmed separately.

How many people can attend?

The format and venue depend on your expected guest count and the kind of conversations you want to encourage. Share an approximate number so we can discuss a suitable setting.
